Strategic Communication Plan

A cornerstone of the UTSI LSC is customer service to athletes, parents, coaches, teams, and all other members of our LSC.  A Communication plan is vital to this goal.

On the website a central contact person will be listed for all swimming related questions.  The contact person will direct individuals to the appropriate person within Utah swimming to answer their questions.  Our LSC contact person is currently our sanctions and communications coordinator.

An email list of board members, coaches, officials, team administrators and others as requested is used to communicate upcoming USA Swimming events and upcoming UTSI events.  Emails are sent according to the roles each member plays in the LSC to avoid overcommunication.

Athlete representatives oversee our LSC’s Facebook and Twitter pages.  All events and items of interest to our members are sent to them to post.
